I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color? If you recently ordered an item from SEEPLUS.CO, and decided you want to make an exchange please note the following conditions in our exchange policy. Please contact us within 2 business days via email: email@example.com. You can exchange an item for equal or lesser value but unfortunately we can not return the difference. If you decide you want a different finish or model that is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. In both cases you are responsible for all of the additional shipping charges for the exchange.
My shipment was damaged upon delivery. How do I go about returning the damaged goods? In the rare instance that goods were delivered damaged, beyond our control of course, please make sure to report the situation via e-mail within 5 business days of delivery confirmation for Domestic US Orders, and 5 business days for International Orders. Once the situation has been reported, the customer has:
- 14 days for Domestic US Order returns
- 21 days for International Order returns

The shipping cost of the returned item is the responsibility of the customer. We can not be held responsible for unforeseeable damages during shipping. We package our fragile artifacts with the utmost care and attention and we utilize delivery confirmation for every order. We expect the same courtesy in return from our customers when returning items that were damaged in transit. Upon receipt of damaged goods, we will send out a replacement within 14 business days, at the cost of SEEPLUS.CO.
How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me? Under each item description, there is a “Sizing” link that gives you the item measurements. For rings, download the PDF, wrap the measuring slip around the two fingers you plan to wear your ring on, and refer to the “Sizing” chart for each item prior to selecting it for purchase.
Can I track my order? All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the “track” button to get shipment details.
When will I receive my order? Please allow 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.
What shipping carrier do you use? We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. We do not use any other shipping carrier.
Can I contact you directly with any questions? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding your order. We will try our best to reply to your question(s) within 24-48 hours.
Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal? We do not accept payments by check, and PayPal is presently supported on SEEPLUS.CO. We currently accept Visa or Mastercard payments only. American Express will soon be accepted.
Why does my billing and shipping address have to match? We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order? We accept international orders, but not from all countries. Currently we are not accepting orders from Mexico or Indonesia.
Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store? We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please add your e-mail to the mailing list to receive product release updates.
