Return Policy
We can only accept returns in the rare event that the shipment was delivered damaged. The contents of the shipment must be returned unopened and unworn. We take pride and special care in every shipment that leaves our shop, and package each item with the utmost attention.

Shipping
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.

All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority. International orders(not including Mexico or Indonesia) are shipped USPS Express. Shipping fees are calculated as flat-rate per country and and may include additional fees calculated on a per item basis and determined by order weight. Products may include an additional handling charge. International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. Accessories are not considered apparel and are taxable. The applicable tax rate for accessories is 9.75%. Shipping is also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of California.
